WHAT IS A LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT?
An Legionella Risk Assessment is a UK certificate confirming the potential for Legionella present within a domestic property and methods to mitigate against it forming.
WHY DO I NEED A LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT?
Legionella is present in all water bodies however it’s growth can only occur within specific conditions and temperatures. It is essential to have your property inspected and assessed to reduce and prevent the chances of a Legionella outbreak. Many insurance policies will not cover a breakout if a risk assessment is not in place
HOW LONG IS A LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT VALID FOR?
The Legionella risk assessment’s that we proivde are valid for 24 months or until there is a change of a water system component – Boiler, water storage tank etc.
HOW MUCH DOES A LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT COST?

HOW LONG DOES AN ASSESSMENT TAKE?
A 1 bedroom property will take approximately 30 minutes on site and a 3 bedroom property will take 45 minutes on site. As every water system is different the time taken will vary from property to property.
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A RISK ASSESSMENT?
A Legionella Risk Assessment involves the inspection and temperature measurement of all water outlets. If we find any potential issues with your system we will provide recommendations to fix these issues
