A Gas Safety Certificate is a legal document confirming the safety of gas appliances within your property.
WHY DO I NEED A LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE?
For rented/tenanted properties, it is a legal requirement to have this safety check performed every 12 months. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline the duties of landlords to ensure gas appliances, fittings and chimneys/flues provided for tenants are safe. We ensure that your appliance is tested to meet the regulations.

HOW LONG DOES A LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE TAKE TO COMPLETE?
1 Appliance should take approximately 45 minutes with each additional appliance taking an extra 15 minutes. As every property, installation and appliance is different the time taken will vary from property to property.
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A GAS SAFETY INSPECTION?
The full gas installation will be inspected: pipe work, appliance safety devices, location, ventilation, fluing and safe complete combustion. As such each gas appliance requires to be in a functioning condition prior to the inspection.
